3-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked refund on every paid Kinase plan. If you change your mind within 3 days of purchase, email support@kinaseapp.com from your registered address and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
How it works:
- The 3-day window starts from your payment timestamp (date & time of the successful transaction).
- No reason required. We do not ask why; the refund is automatic on request.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment channel (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) and typically settle in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- You retain access to your plan until the refund is processed; access is revoked at the time of refund.
Outside the 3-day window:
- Refunds are not offered after the 3-day window has passed, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed at checkout.
- Renewal payments are eligible for the same 3-day refund window from the renewal date.
- Coupon-discounted plans qualify for a refund of the actual amount paid (not the original list price).
How to request a refund:
- Email support@kinaseapp.com from the email address you used to sign up.
- Include your order ID or the registered phone number (if known). We can locate the transaction either way.
- You will receive a confirmation within one working day. The refund is then processed via Razorpay to your original payment method.
Renewal Policy
We may offer renewal discounts to eligible users around the time of their plan expiry. Offer windows and eligibility are subject to change and may not be available at all times.

How to avail:
- Go to the Pro page and select an eligible plan and validity.
- Apply the coupon code RENEW during checkout (if available) and complete the purchase.
Renewal benefits do not reset your previous QBank/Test series progress.
Upgrade Policy
Selected users on certain plans may be eligible to upgrade to other plans. Upgrade availability is limited and subject to eligibility criteria.
- Upgrade availability, pricing, and eligibility may change without notice.
- Once upgraded, the plan may change tier and downgrading back may not be possible.
Failed Transaction
If your payment was deducted but your Kinase plan was not activated, follow the steps below. Acting promptly helps speed resolution.
A. What you can do now
- If you paid via UPI, raise a concern from your UPI app (profile → transaction → raise a concern) or contact your bank.
- Contact your bank’s dispute/chargeback department with transaction details; timelines vary by bank and payment method.
- If required, provide the bank with a written complaint (use bank's prescribed format when available).
B. How Kinase can help
If you have not received a refund from your bank within a reasonable time after raising a dispute, contact us with proof at support@kinaseapp.com. We will investigate and provide a payment failure report when available, but merchant refunds can only be processed if we have received the payment.
